You may be sharing some of the hardest parts of your life with me. I take that seriously. Here’s exactly what I collect, why, and who helps me run my practice.
Last updated October 22, 2026
What I collect
- When you book a call: your name, your email address, and the time you choose. Booking never asks about your diagnosis or your health.
- When you pay for coaching: payment is handled by PayPal. I see that you paid, but I never see or store your card details.
- When you email me: whatever you choose to write.
- If you become a client: the answers on your welcome form. They’re stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and read only by me.
What I never do
- I never ask for your medical records.
- I don’t use advertising trackers, retargeting, or remarketing on this site.
- I never sell or share your information for marketing.
- I don’t record our sessions.
The tools I use
These companies help me run my practice. Each one handles only what it needs to.
- Calendly for scheduling
- PayPal for payments
- Zoom for our sessions
- Google Workspace for my email and calendar
- Netlify to host this website and receive your welcome form
- Google Fonts to display the lettering on this site
Confidentiality
What you share in our sessions stays between us. Our coaching agreement will also explain the rare situations where confidentiality has limits, such as a risk to someone’s safety.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me.
